Each session will start with 10 mins of led practices of grounding, breathing and intention setting. Accessing deeper knowing for your session and beyond
Each session will end with 10 mins of integration time, to allow learning to become embodied and part of your next steps
In the middle section of 55 mins, you have my undivided attention as your coach and mentor alongside you whilst you complete or plan work streams. When your patterns and resistance or overwhelm arise that can sabotage your progress, I will coach you and support you to get the heart of the issue and move through any stuckness.
Whilst you are focussed on a piece of work you might previously have been avoiding, I can read things through and give feedback or research small things to support your flow
