What will I receive / experience?

6 week programme with 6 x 90 min emotional eating coaching and mentoring sessions (min 6 - max 12 women)

One private 30 minute pre-course call once enrolled

Opportunity to purchase extra coaching time at reduced fee with Soo Strong

Weekly discussions with supportive content and powerful questions, exercises and home practice

Emotional eating strategies and tools plus a workbook

Breakout room time with peers to explore in depth and feel less alone

Experience the power of connection in group space and shift how you treat yourself around your eating

Unravel complex eating habits and what activates these habits

Find new freedom and choice for a healthier relationship with food, thoughts and emotions

Support from a very experienced and competent wellbeing coach, who has a track record of transformational change with clients and is committed to lifelong learning and caring deeply about the work she does with people.

Course runs up to 6 times a year

Wednesdays - 12pm to 1.30 pm UK time zone

MEETING THE EATING

Getting to the source of how I eat,

A source of courage, it's no mean feat.

Willing to change the portion size,

It won't be easy, is no surprise.

Filling up is medication,

What lies beyond is liberation.

Tried so many different things,

Each one new found hope does spring!

Body's ailments make it urgent,

Denial leaving; meaning emergent.

Will I survive what else is there,

The cravings, sensations, will need care!

So many ways that we self-soothe,

Have compassion, nothing to prove.

Intention is to do what's healthy,

Giving up patterns makes us wealthy.

My heart and bones will be relieved,

So many years  they've been deceived.

Giving up the little things,

Go to the core; see what it brings.
