The only place our life happens, is right now in this moment.

Even when reflecting on the past or thinking about the future, it is through the lens of this moment, with all its beauty and imperfections that we experience our life.

We spend so much of our lives longing for things to be different, to have a better version of this experience  or our past, and so often judge ourselves as flawed and lacking.

These are all the benefits I have personally gained from my own mindfulness practice, training and support and is the heart of what  I offer in my 8 week Mindfulness courses or my 1:1 tailored mindfulness sessions to your specific needs.

The sessions are a warm space for you to learn to develop lasting skills of how to be compassionately present to your direct experience. 

I will support you to grow a kindly awareness and find ease within your body of all that arises and passes away. 

Being a trauma sensitive practitioner, we work at your pace and in a way that supports change and acceptance of current challenges you may be facing.  


We can do pure mindfulness practices, or bespoke sessions to include coaching.
